Quinton Spencer

Quinton Spencer is the founder of The Spencer Law Firm. He represents Plaintiff’s only. He takes pride in helping ordinary people achieve extraordinary results for their serious injuries and in some cases the loss of a loved one. Spencer believes that every plaintiff is entitled to have a team that will zealously fight for their injuries. No matter the size. No matter the company. Spencer will fight. Spencer has a successful track record of winning. He has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and in trials.

Spencer obtained his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College and his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.

Spencer is an active philanthropist who regularly donates his time and money helping the youth. Every year, Spencer is an active participant in back-to-school events—events that donate backpacks and school supplies to elementary and middle schools. During the holidays, he also regularly donates to local hospitals such as CHOA and Northside Hospitals. He also started a program for teacher of the month in the local Gwinnett community, in which the firm donates $300 monthly.

For a number of years, Spencer coached a local varsity high school basketball team in the heart of Atlanta. When he isn’t helping the youth, he and his wife are actively involved in their son’s and daughter’s sporting activities.
