Mallory Garcia
Associate Attorney

Mallory Garcia is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to advocating for her clients with compassion and precision. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she also received a Certificate in International Legal Studies. Mallory was sworn into the State Bar of Georgia in 2025 and is a member of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association. 

During her time at Loyola, Mallory was sworn in as a Rule XX Student Practitioner with the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic & Center for Social Justice, working in the Criminal Defense section. She also served as President of the Latinx Law Student Association and participated in several panels celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month and the bicentennial of Mexican-American diplomatic relations.

Mallory is a first-generation Mexican-American and was raised in the south. Her background enables her to navigate Spanish language barriers and provide meaningful representation to a diverse range of clients. 

Outside of her legal work, Mallory enjoys spending time with her Shih Tzu, attending concerts, and exploring new dining experiences.
